Just Being THERE

THE RUNG OF A LADDER WAS NEVER MEANT TO REST UPON, BUT ONLY TO HOLD YOUR FOOT LONG ENOUGH TO PUT THE OTHER FOOT HIGHER.
……..This is one of the thought provoking……….-the so -called inspirational thought stuck on the door of my bathroom.
But , do we ever analyse that – Is Our Life A Ladder Or A MERE Rope?
Why do we have to put individual ladders to reach onto the top of the rope?
Let me start with our life’s journey as we see it :-
1st rung of the ladder- WE CAME INTO THIS WORLD.
2nd rung-FAMILY
3RD rung-SCHOOL
4TH rung-HIGH SCHOOL (WHEREIN SOME US START ASSOCIATING OURSLSVES WITH ALIKE INTEREST GROUPS)
5TH rung-SENIOR SCHOOL
6TH- rung- COLLEGE/GRADUATION
7TH rung- POST GRADUATION *
8th rung-A JOB
9TH RUNG-A MARRIAGE
10TH RUNG-again a FAMILY &
A LAGGARD IS BORN AGAIN TO CLIMB THE LADDER HIGHER & FASTER.
{*the 7th and 8th rung interchange as well}
BUT MEANWHILE CREATING, CLIMBING AND STRUGGLING WITH OUR OWN LADDERS; DON’T WE FORGET 1 BASIC THING:
We lost Perseverance.
Perseverance of hanging; ; ; of being there;
Hanging together being a part of human chain??
The fact that we are born into this world is that god-THE ALMIGHTY” wanted us to survive, to grow, to learn, to grow older by being a human being & yes –to enjoy the journey!!!!
We usually forget the acts of Self-Less Service.
WHY NOT just be a link as a thread of the rope-“success” …help others to cling onto u rather than building up your own ladders in the name of – responsibilities, towards all those rungs which are a part of your experiences.. in the beautiful journey called- “LIFE”
Be A Strong Thread Of The Rope..
Do Not Fade Away..
& be at the bottom.. a strong thread to whom no acid rain, no excessive heat not even pleasure winds shall dare to wither u.
& those who climbed ON u shall realize that they reached the top because – U WERE THERE;
They COULD PLACE THEIR LADDERS RESTING &LEANING against YOU
and they may also come to THANK you..& u shall Still Be There.
